Orders and Payments

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Rifer accepts payment via bank transfer and by check. The payment by check is not a routine payment, but you can request it at Rifer under certain circumstances.

Please note that the currency of business transaction at Rifer is the Euro.

The usual payment conditions are cash, 30 days or with credit insurance.

Rifer makes partial deliveries and is therefore flexible regarding the payment method used for the same order.
