FAQs

  • Items made to order require partial payment (25%) at the time the order is placed and the rest when the order is ready for delivery.

  • Normally, our average delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from the order date, depending on the type of article, the order quantity and the availability of looms.

  • Products made to order will not be subject to return (unless they are non-compliant or not as described). Please also note that we do not accept complaints/returns of confectionery or other operations.

    If the article is non-compliant or not as described, please contact us on +351 252 990 260, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (Western European standard time).

    The non-compliant article can be claimed/returned within 30 days. After validation of the claim, Rifer will issue the credit note. This will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the non-compliant article.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Once your item(s) have been sent, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to track your order through the carrier. Also check your spam, it may happen that the email was sent to this folder.

    In situations where there is no traceability code, these are the “transit time” that you will have to take into consideration:

    Nacional market 1-2 days
    EU market 3-7 days
    Extra EU market 3 weeks
  • Usually, the articles are packed in rolls (reinforced cardboard tubes and wrapped in plastic). The footage varies according to the thickness of the fabric. Often, we receive suggestions for quantities of meter per roll.
