Products made to order will not be subject to return (unless they are non-compliant or not as described). Please also note that we do not accept complaints/returns of confectionery or other operations.

The non-compliant article can be claimed/returned within 30 days. After validation of the claim, Rifer will issue the credit note. This will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the non-compliant article.
